and have been asked to choose upper or lower primary? I work best with lower primary but I am worried this leaves less chances of finding a job, am I right? Thanks

I qualified in 2010 (PGCE secondary) and like many have struggled finding permanent work. Since Oct 2010 I have been working in a school via an agency as 'general cover' ie. most of the time I am a Teaching Assistant (it says this on my ID card) but on the odd occasion I am asked to cover a lesson...
