Hi. My Russian wife has a Russian bachelors degree and is really interested in getting UK QTS... Is this possible?
My Russian wife would like to get UK QTS. She speaks fluent English and is really interested in teaching as a career. Would her degree status be recognised in the UK and what would her course options be?

Confidence in class?


I am originally from Bangladesh and qualified in the UK for Secondary schools as a science teacher. My English is quite good but have not got the original English accent. How can I establish myself in the classroom with confidence. any advice will be helpful.

How to tackle paperwork?

How would you recommend organising paperwork? I just can't get my head around how many files I'll need and what should go where. I don't want a paper explosion in my classroom!

Using TA for target group work?

I will be working in year 6 with a TA 5 days a week, all day. Should I get her to do target group work in maths and english in the afternoons for those that will struggle to make the magic level 4 that everybody wants?

Hi Can anybody explain exactly how the NQT 10% reduced timetable should work. If I'm sharing a tutor group does this count as some of my reduced hours?
