My Russian wife would like to get UK QTS. She speaks fluent English and is really interested in teaching as a career. Would her degree status be recognised in the UK and what would her course options be?

I am originally from Bangladesh and qualified in the UK for Secondary schools as a science teacher. My English is quite good but have not got the original English accent. How can I establish myself in the classroom with confidence. any advice will be helpful.

How would you recommend organising paperwork? I just can't get my head around how many files I'll need and what should go where. I don't want a paper explosion in my classroom!

I will be working in year 6 with a TA 5 days a week, all day. Should I get her to do target group work in maths and english in the afternoons for those that will struggle to make the magic level 4 that everybody wants?
