I have not found a job and wondered if there was a time limit on my QTS?

The initial time period by which you were required to complete induction was 5 years but this has now been scrapped and there is actually no time limit. However, if you have finished your first 16 months (4 terms) without completing induction you will then need to apply for a 12 month extension to be able to continue doing supply work. If you have not completed your induction by the end of that 12 month period you are unable to teach anymore unless you secure a contract that allows you to continue your induction.
