I have a lot of experience of teaching for local groups/ organisations and am an associate with the B.A.T.D. I am desperate to get into teaching full time but feel as though I am constantly being faced with new qualifications needed and will therefore never actually get into a stable teaching position. I do not have QTS but a lot of experience and am confused with what I actually qualify as and where to go to next?
