What competencies are required for recent graduates to secure a position within primary education?
For my teacher training report I need to comment on the action required to achieve goals in the primary education area. Two specific areas i ned to refer to are the competencies required, as mentioned above, and how graduates are expected to progress their career within this industry. Any opinions welcome.
